this stuff is very toxic, i have been using it for awhile, but all my sprayers keep dying on me and it wont spray out this stuff. i have used the home depot chemical resistant sprayer and that died after a month. you have to keep pressing the handle and it just wont come out. what do you guys use to fill a spray bottle up with this toxic stuff?

You just need to empty the sprayer out when done.

Flip the bottle upside down and pull the trigger until nothing comes out

oh so after everytime i use the megs, i need to clear out the sprayer so the toxic doesnt ruin it and sit. oh ok, do i really need the chemical resistant sprayer that costs like $6 at HD or just use a $1 one

after use, run the sprayer into another bottle with just water or under the hose and clear it out and then put it back into the bottle until the next use...

I was having the same problem as well. I drained the sprayer after use and that would certainly prolong it's life.

A while back I switched to the Spraymaster bottles and haven't had any problems. I don't even drain the sprayer after use. They cost a bit more but you can still get them at Home Depot and they have some sort of guarantee.

I have noticed the same, guess we are talking about Wheel brightener here?? I thought I was the only one with this weird problem, no other product I have used has ever done this..

The most important step when dealing with WB, is to make sure you "clear" the sprayer after using. I do this by simple removing the top, sticking the sprayer suction tube in my "rinse" bucket after washing, and just spraying until the WB is removed from sprayer. Stick it back in the WB bottle, and good to go till next time. Remember that even on the chemical resistant sprayers, they are not made to be in CONTINOUS contact with the chemical for long periods (weeks) at a time. Hope that helps.
