I miss my 03 Cobra......
I am currently using the Sonus pads, not that thrilled with there durability! So I am in the market for some new pads. Everyone and their mother is using the LC pads it looks like, just curious if that is the case? So I want to know what you guys are using? If you use neither of the one's mentioned, please tell us whick ones you use! Also, what are the cleaning methods of the LC pads and Meg's pads? Thanks
 
Thanks TortoiseAWD, that is exactly my problem! I thought maybe it was just me that was having the problem, since I am new and probably don't keep the PC as flat as I should just yet. So how do I find out the warranty code? Do I PM David?
 
The LC and 3M’s pads are the only ones I've used thus far that don't have Velcro or delaminating problems with them
 
Just e-mail them,you might want to include your order number,but I don't know if it's really necessary.My LC pads crapped out on me from them and they replaced them with the new Sonus pads(V2.0).
 
Besides the regular recommendations, the pads from Griot's have their uses. Their polishing pad is *very* mild (often not *enough* cut) and their finishing pad works well. The big thing with Griot's pads is how long they last- a long, long time. I hardly *ever* get velcro problems or any other issues with them.
 
My CMA pads were the first I tried and the only ones I will use now. NO complaints whatsoever! And they are on sale! $6.95 from $9.95. Needless to say I stocked up:)

I'm sorry, I'm a little new here. What's CMA, I have heard of them, but company is that?:confused:

George, I could have swore I read that the griots pads were just re-branded lake country pads? I think someone posted a while ago that the picture of the pads in the griots catalogue had the LC part numbers on them.



Or maybe I'm just out of it. :D
