Meg's Compounds that finish LSP ready

Im not very familiar with megs products, especially their compounds. Im wondering, what are their hardest hitting compounds that finish down LSP ready? And, what would be a good lighter polish, to use for mild swirl marks and good for regular upkeep? Also, would like to get your opinions on the polishes you recommend...i.e, work time, how hard will it hit, easy to work with, etc. etc.

No compound will truly finish down LSP ready. You always should follow with a finishing polish to get the maximum gloss.

I realize that they may not finish down 100% lsp ready, but which will get the closest, without much hazing. I thought I read in a thread somewhere that M105 finishes down very close to lsp ready, on certain clears, it will finish lsp ready. Is this not true? or perhaps I read wrong...



what im basically looking for is something (meg's) that I can use in a two step correction and also a "harder" hitting polish that will be lsp ready for a one step.
 
If worked properly the M105 will cut fast and finish very well. I've been using a cheap coleman and like the results. I think it gives good results because of the larger orbit radius. With a wool bonnet and going really slowly I don't get residual holograms or micro marring, at least not more than any other "hand" applicable product.



Any very slight hologramming is easily covered up by the lsp, and isn't any worse than what you'd see if you wiped some dust up with a rag, in my opinion that's good enough for 99% of people. Even picky people it's good enough for, now an autopian would break out his fine point led light, jewelers loupe and polarized sunglasses and go A-HA! I see that micro marring. But stuff like that is a little too nit picky for me.



So all I can say is try it. This is what I'm able to achieve with just M105 and collinite 476s. If you can live with this I'd say you'd fall in love with M105 like me.

I know, its been a long day and my head isnt screwed on straight right now. Plus im still learning, so go easy on me. What im looking for is a good two step and a one step polish that is good for upkeeps. Like, what is the heaviest Megs compound I can go with and then hit it with a polish and be lsp ready. And, what is a good light polish that will remove hazing and micromarring.
 
D151 is the heaviest cut in a one step. For a two step try 105 and 80 followed by your favoite wax. I would not go 105 to LSP. 80 is the minumum you will want to use after 105. Ideally you would go 105/83/80/LSP.
