Body Scrub is an abrasive polish, designed to be stronger than their retail pre-wax cleaner. I believe it is a bit stronger than a swirl remover product.
Clay is for removing specks of dirt, tar, etc. that are stuck to the finish and that washing won't remove. Basically the stuff that makes your paint feel rough, bumpy, and "gritty".
Use the Body Scrub for swirls and oxidation, and save any physical dirt and embedded contaminants for clay, tar remover, or other cleaning processes. (Actually, you should clay first.) I don't think anyone here uses a polish to try and abrade off dirt and contamination like Meguiar's suggest you are able to!
