I just bought some Meg's DeepCrystal Paint Cleaner, Polish, and Carnauba Wax. I was wondering if anyone knows how safe/damaging this stuff is to a convertible soft top (2005 Mustang). Should I be paranoid and cover the top near paint areas to ensure I don't get any of this stuff on it?

i woulndt be 2 worried, just be carfull and if you do get anything on the top wash it off asap. Also dont put any of those products on the roof(i know its a given but still) if you looking at somthing for the top i really like ragtop (sponsors sell it) also i think 303 has some stuff. But ya just try not to get it on the roof, and if you do just wash it off.Also you could use some painters tape (the green stuff) on the edges so you dont get anything on it, but thats up 2 you.
