Megs 21 synthyetic

I don't think sealants would bond well over glazes, you need a PB's PP, PINN PC, or say AIO, then #21, you want the surface clean and the paint free of any waxes oils or such.

No problem! A great combo.

I read all the products in the pro range can be used together with no issues, but is #21 OK to use over #7 with no bonding issues? Sounds like it might be a superb combo?

thanks

It's a good combo, but to avoid the weakening of #7 by #21 (slight cleaning) it is better the other way around. 21 can "lock in" some of the #7's wetness, but you have to apply it very gently by hand. If you want short term optical enhancement, just use the #7 on the top of #21.

I called Megs about the 21 & NXT , they said yes both synthetic , but other than that totally different formulas .

Agree with Bence , I think putting no7 over 21 would take away from it. 7 should go down 1st , 21 second. Instead of trying 7 over 21 I would just top with a good QD instead .

cheers folks - was asking about #21 over #7 so you have answered my question.

I own a garage queen that I just did #26 over #7, and was thinking at the time that a quick coat of #7 on the days of the big events would look good, but i guess only last the day or so, especially it involves a drive?

Just need to wait for the new version of #21 to hit these shores next year now and then I'm good to go....
