Any one out there still using meguiars # 16 ????

I love the look of this stuff, But man is it a pain in the but

to remove. So can anyone give me a little advice on using this wax.Like what kind of towel works best and what is the ideal time to Leave it on before removing it ?????

Thanks BG

Apply it very thin and it removes easily with a MF towel. Hazing time depends on temperature/humidity, but I usually apply it to one or 2 panels and then go back and remove.

Yeah, I just apply it thin with a PC and have never had a problem. I usually do the whole vehicle before I go back and start buffing it off.

That is the key, apply it very thin and it will come off easily. If you have any stubborn spots just re-apply some more #16 and it will re-liquify the product.

I've never had a problem with this wax, but I use it like Souveran. Apply in a small area and immediately buff off. It hasn't seemed to effect durability and it's really, really easy.

Ditto above post's. No problems when applied to one panel, then buff off after applying to the second panel/hood/deck lid, etc, etc.......Key word is THIN layer!
