Was going to get her anyway, it dad paid for her as a Christmas gift. Still looking for a cream colored long haired dachshund, but meet Polly. Picked her up on Monday from the breeder and were pretty much inseparable already. She`s soooo tiny!

Absolutely precious. But watch out, she`ll be nibbling on your shoes in no time.
Lots of scratchies and rubbies are the standing order now.

Congratulations! She`s beautiful and adorable. I was fortunate mine never ruined many things while he was a pup, I just needed to wear him out for 30 minutes after getting home from work and that`d put him out cold for a couple of hrs.

Beautiful new best friend. I love little dogs, dachshunds are just cute as hell. I don`t have kids so for me there is nothing better than coming home to my dog everyday, no matter how stressful or aggravating work is he takes it all away the second I walk through the door.

Dogs are better than cats, I don`t mind cats but I love dogs cause they are so stinking cute

She is precious. Good luck with her. My wife and I have owned five doxies over a period of many years. We now have two older females, 11 and 13 and still going strong. FYI keep their weight down and limit the jumping down from chairs/couches. As with all doxies, their owners do not train them, but they TRAIN their owners. Your new girl has that look in her eyes that says she is happy with you and her new home. Enjoy;

by the way man, i cleaned out a 2 dog owners interior once... get a cover... lol I now charge 150-200 extra just for pet owners that want a 95% interior...

also grab a pet hair brush (from nanoskin? i think.. you can grab it on amazon, its just a rubber brush) and a fine pumice stone... this will help with carpets and fabrics, you can use it around the house too. Just a little advice for you :)

My Henry says : " `sup Polly" , I told him to stop being a creeper.

Shes my 3rd dachshund... I know the drill, and I`m definitely well aware that I`m not in charge at home anymore haha
