first of with the menzerna IP then finishing polish

after the paint was perfect it was time for the HD cleanse

I think the quattroporte makes one heck of a family car. :D

Great work Mike :goodjob You get to work on some amazing vehicles.

great looking car and nice work you did there.

i am also wondering about your prewash/foam product.

Quattroporte FTW!

Awesome work there, I love the picture walk through.

Can you tell me more about the brush used to clean the leather?

I thought 25-30 micrometers was really thin paint?

Are you using a different measurement system?

sorry i took 25 to 30 readings per pannel and the clear coat was giving me readings of 65 micrometers on all pannels

for the brush i found it in a local hardware store some time ago but i also use a shaving brush

i use a small brush like these as these lifts the dirt up off the leather un like if you were to put the cleaner on with a cloth

it was a citus cleaner that i can get here in the uk i pour a drop into a hozelock sprayer then add hot water the spray the car

after the cirus pre soak i use hyper foam in the gillmour foam gun and put this on top of the citrus

next stage is to leave for a few min`s then rinse off

then you can use your 2 buckets to wash the car

since i`ve been doing my washing like this the dirty bucket its not so dirty at the end

That car looks GREAT its very unique too!!

Do you use Zymol "detail", i thought i saw it in the garage in that pic. I just wondered what you made of it as its on sale at the moment??

Thanks

GEOFF
