Married guys...question

My ring comes off when I'm playing hockey, sleeping, at the gym, doing dishes, swimming, detailing, etc. The same goes for my lucky wife (I keep telling her that too). Neither one of us is part of the school that believes the ring must stay on 24/7.

I'm with Scott P on this one.....ring is off detailing, sleeping, working around the house, and definetly when I'm golfing. Strictly a comfort and precautionary thing.

I always make sure I take off all the bling bling before I do my detailing thing. My motto is "If you aren't naked, then I don't want to see you leaning on my car." That only applies to the ladies, of course. :naughty Zippers and snaps scratch too. I would prefer to do my detailing in my velvet jogging suit all the time. It just seems to be a good idea to avoid scratching the car at any cost.

Yeah the ring comes off when detailing and when at my daily job as a machinist. I worked with two guys that didnt have a ring finger on their left hands because they didnt take it off before work.

My wife and I celebrated our 25th anniversary in June..my wedding band has NEVER been off my finger..not even when I had surgery..I made them wrap a band aid around it.

Your sig gives all of us an idea as to why you have 25 years under your belt!!! :lmfao

Why not be ultra serious and get a tatoo for for wedding ring :) Not only would the marriage it self be a comittment, but the tatoo would add to it. Im not too fond of getting tatoos for my self, but this is one that I would consider. That way you always have it on, its not in the way at all, and its even a show off thing.
