malco nano care - aquawax

Your welcome Big Al! If you see a bottle of Malco's Nano Polish - try it, I like it better than the Megs, Optimum, XMT and a few others I've tried. Remember it's a finishing polish, serious correction needs Perfex or step up to either Rapid Cut or Tru Grit compound.
 
JuneBug - Have you ever used Malco's Paint Sealant? I used it for the 2nd time this weekend and it worked ok. The 1st time I used it I had a horrible time removing it. I put it on too thick (by hand) and it left terrible streaks and I had to clay alot of it off! The rest was a pain and took alot of elbow grease too. I now know to apply it via a PC and only use a tiny bit at a time.
 
I've been using it for about 6 months now, and it's my favorite spray wax product. I yet to find anything slicker. It's very concentrated too! A little goes a very long way. I buy it for about 18.00 dollars a gallon. I'm glad someone else likes it too!
 
David, this place I buy my Malco stuff also sells their brand (rebadged CG) and the only LSP's from Malco that they carry are Aquawax, Spraywax, and a carnuba paste wax. I guess they don't won't too many Malco products competing with theirs. Side note, I tried one of "their" polishes and it had a 30 secound work time then it set up like concrete. I'll stick to Malco for polishes and compounds. The sealers I use (don't know which CG product it is) one is a thick white cream that goes on easy and wipes off easy, the other is called Poly sealant and it's a thin white liquid that goes on easy but leaves a little film that wipes off easy after a few hours. Both are very glossy and slick.
 
well i tried the malco aquawax today and i wasn't too impressed with it. ime, any QD seems to wipe off easier, not streak as bad, and leave a slick finish similiar to this. i won't be buying this product again, and would rather buy DG AW, fx spray wax, UQD, etc...
 
Al, don't know your circumstances - but after using a half dozen QD's and Duragloss's version of AW - I didn't see any problems with the Malco AW. I know I sprayed more than I should but it didn't streak with me. I didn't do a side by side comparison then, but I will this Saturday if the rain stops.
