Makita D Handle

Does anyone know a good place to get a D handle for the Makita 9227? I picked up a 9227 on a sale, but it didn't have the handle with it.

Also, I'm assuming I'm going to need 2 of the part #12 "Hex Socket Head Bolt M8X25" in order to attach the handle. Correct?

I think that's pretty cheap. I'm curious if this will fit the Dewalt 849.
