What kind of maintanance packages do you guys offer to your clients? Bi weekly washes weekly washes? and how do you structure them?

Hi I Used To Offer Weekly Washes My Customers Would Get A Contract Every Year They Would Get A Complete Detail In The Spring ( March Or So ) Then Every Week They Would Get A Hand Wash , Vac. And Tires Would Be Dressed Along With Any Touch Ups That They Needed They Would Have A Reserved Day And Time ( Ex: Every Wed. I Would Be At Mrs Smiths House At 2pm ) And They Would Get A Complete Detail In The Winter Before I Shut Down I Dont Work In Most Of Dec. Jan. Or Feb. I Would Give Them A Reduced Price On The Details And Charge Them $20 - $25 Per Week For The Washes. If It Rained On There Day They Would Have To Wait Till Thier Appy Next Week Unless They Called And I Could Fit Them In The Next Day Or 2. Most Waited Because I Would Apply A Spray Wax To Thier Car If It Rained On Thier Appointed Day And They Waited This Saved Me Having To Double Up On The Next Nice Day. I Was Doing Very Well With This I Was Up To 43 Cars A Week However I Had To Give Up Weekly Services Because I Could Not Take On Any New Cust. In The Spring Or Winter All My Time Was Taken Up With My Discounted Custs.. So I Ended Up Selling Off Most Of My Wash Custs. To Another Detailer

So you essentially you provided 2 full service details 1 spring 1 fall and washes in between at $25.00 per wash and each client had a specific day and time I like that concept. Now as far as new customers did you just do washes or details as calls came in or was each new client required to participate in your maintenance program. You also metioned that each customer had a signed agreement for the maintenance service. could you send me a copy of your contract. Thanks
