Lucas Polish

I keep seeing this product in the local Pep Boys and my curiosity is growing. The Lucas site says that it's "sun friendly" which would be a good thing for those occasions. Has anyone used this? Lucas Polish

I haven't used it nor seen it on the Lucas display at my local Pep Boys. I was just in there the other day, too, picking up a half gallon of Armor All and a bottle each of Long Haul's QD and degreaser/bug remover.

Does VM have UV protection? This seems to be a one step product but I'm not really finding anything to support that. Seems odd to offer a polish and not a wax.

Sounds a lot like The Waxshop Super Glaze. Pretty good product, but not great durability.:)

94, looking at the descriptions of the two products they do sound similar. It truly wouldn't surprise me. It seems some of the earlier Wax Shop products were made by TW.

I have been trying to get some locally. My local auto supply store is a Lucas outlet. Lucas is a good name and I am sure any polish they come out with will have to perform.:xyxthumbs

I've seen that at my local PepBoys and I thought it was a synthetic wax more than a true polish-more an all in one type of product.

My Pep Boys had this Lucus polish on clearance for half price. I picked up a bottle a couple months ago but have not used it yet. Im waiting for someone to post some of their experiences first.

I am unfamiliar with the product.

But, since Lucas Oil just bought the Naming Rights to the new Colt's Stadium ($121 MILLION!), I ought to give it a try...

I've used Lucas before. Used after #83 and #80 it did not seem like it did much. But what I really like it for is cleaning glass. Applied with a PC it makes the glass real reflective.

I think the Lucas polish is more of a cleaner/sealer type product...they just call it polish like some other companies..it said it cleans and protects painted surfaces and can be used on glass...

sorta like a AIO product
