Hi,
I'm a newbie with a 2011 Hyundai Genesis Coupe which is rarely driven and babied. So she is in very good condition. However, I would like to do some minor paint correction and I am currently researching the right products/tools to use. I have a question in regards to whether there exist any low cost random orbitals (that I can buy in Canada) worth considering?
I was at Sears today and I saw a small handheld random orbital that was rated at 2.8 amps with variable speed from 7000 - 12000 rpm. I'm guessing it's the power and variable speed which makes these good for polishing duty. However, 7000 rpm seems a bit on the high side. Also, there are these Simoniz units from Canadian Tire which are currently on sale:

I'm also keeping an eye out on Kijiji since it's somewhat hard to justify dropping close to $200 for a Porter Cable or Griots that I am only going to use a handful of times.
