Love Bugs

As I live in FLorida I am pretty much adept at removing love bugs from the front of cars. I usually soak with soap very heavy, elbow grease and repeat until the front of the car is clean. Never had a problem....till now.

My daugther's car has them on and they will NOT come off. Any miricle wonder bug off cleaner that will help remove these little bastards and not screw up the paint.

I have tried the turtle wax debugger and it has not made a dent...

Try a really water and hot car wash soap. Might need rubber gloves. Sometimes that helps disolve bugs. Spraying the bugs with Poorboy's Spray and Wipe and then using hot water sometimes works.
Last resort, use a fairly strong All purpose cleaner, let soak and wipe off with hot water. You will need to rewax your car after the last resort step.
I try to keep a fairly fresh coat of sealant like Meguiars NXT of 4* UPP on the areas of the car that get hit the most with bugs. They come off much easier.

I have found only one chemical that works the best. It's from Detail king, called bug off. Follow the directions and the bugs melt off. Now I have detailed many cars here in Florida and have found that Love bugs if not cleaned off daily they etch the paint and you know what that means, Its paint time.
