Maybe you could try some light wetsanding followed by a polish. It's really hard to tell from the picture what exactly the problem is.

Wet sanding on that bumper I don't think would be a good idea, I have a Murano and that paint is real thin on it....I would use a polish with a rotary and see how that works. Then seal the bumper to give it a chance at not doing the same thing again

From the looks of it on my end it looks like bug residue sitting ontop of the paint. Try claying the bumper and if that doesn't work a polish should take care of it. Now if the bug reminants etched into the bumper... thats a different animal = lots of polishing and maybe a wetsand or repaint. From the picture it doesn't look like they'll be hard to remove ... with a PC or rotary. Just use common sense and take your time.

Wetsand or repaint. If it is etched, I do not think you can polish it out to even lessen the visability. Yes, paint is thin on the Murano, I think polishing too much on the bumper would be a bad thing, especially since it is curved around. All the pressure would be more in one spot at any given time....

repaint. love bug damage can not be remedied with a PC, those bugs will eat through your paint in a matter of days. i see the damage on vehicles all day everyday , best thing you can do is repaint the bumper, shouldnt cost much
