The size of the house I dont know. I know it has 5 bedrooms, 2 stair cases, an office, cat walk(its sweet) a bathroom for every room and then a half bath in the hallway. Sweet kitchen and a gorgeous pool with hot-tub, fire pit and the pool is heated. YUM YUM. I think the house is 5,000 sq ft. and the house sits on 63 acres. It was "only" 30 something, but then the neighbors sold there land and they said, "Hey why not buy that land? It does have a nice little pond on it and WE CAN"! so they did. During Katrina....wait, the other one that didnt do anything but scare everyone, I cant remember which hurricane it was but we had a 4 day party out there. It was awesome.

Tell your friend I have a Pantera transaxle if he really needs one in a date/number range.



Awesome house and car collection. Glad to see he gets them out and DRIVES them!
 
I will let him know but dont think that he needs anything for his cars. He is in VERY well with Gary Hall from Gary Hall pantera. I met the guy a few years back with his bad arse purple pantera with the white interior. anyway he has another pantera that is his race car, and then another pantera that is just a rolling chassy. But I'm sure he is always looking for a deal. And yes he drives them, he took me for a ride in the pantera a few years back and when he punched it, I tried with everything in me to pull my self out of the seat and it didnt work untill he let off the gas. Incredible car.
