Lost my upgp instructions

I bought UPGP a couple months ago and now my car is ready for it's spring cleaning... problem is I lost the instructions. I recall something about priming the applicator with a couple squirts... after that is it to be sprayed directly on the paint or only on the applicator? thanks.

After priming the applicator, you continue to spray the applicator as needed, never on the paint.
