looking for detailer in NYC

Sorry if this has been covered recently, but I was hoping to get some advise and maybe a recommendation about detailers in the NYC area. Do you need to have access to water and an electrical outlet if they come to you, and how do people handle rainouts? Say you are scheduled to get detailed one day, and the forecast for the next few days is rain, is it rude to reschedule?
