Hello Autopia! I'm back after many years away.

I don't want my car all greased-up and shiney (like it just came from a dealer), I want it sqeaky clean and protected.

We just bought a 2020 Volvo XC90 "Inscription" with "Linear Walnut Wood Inlays" (panels) and Nappa Leather, and i want to get rid of other people's 5 years of grime without ruining anything. Any ideas? Where's all the detailing forum action these days?

Please advise.

Here's a recent thread about a shop in Chantilly, he didn't tell us how he actually got in touch with the guy. He (DJ Mayo) is one of the principals in Armour Detail Supply, so you can probably get in touch with him that way.

The address from his Yelp is also for Film Source Tinting, but that website no longer works, either, so it's not clear to me whether he is still detailing. He is reportedly a partner in Armour Detail Supply, which is a product supplier.

Seems like it's between DJ and TLC, I'll check pricing, for now the wife and I did the majority of the interior work with Meguiars Interior Detailer and microfiber, it's much nicer now. thanks, Setec!
