I am not sure about that. You can't really shake them and being so thick I think it will be hard to get it into smaller bottles.

As for pooring it out of the bottle.... I suggest finding a flip top squeeze thing from another bottle you have around the house. Take it off of the other bottle, clean it off really well and your set!

I've got 3 gallons here too FWIW - I've found that the SSR's pour easier when they're warm... put them in the sun for awhile and see what happens. :xyxthumbs
