Longest Beading Sealant opinions

Contrary to a lot of other folks results, I find I get
at least 4 month of beading with Wolfgang.

I agree. WG is a very good sealant IMO, and lasts as long as any other sealant I've used.

Thirty bucks? I won't touch a car for under $100. A car costs money and if you don't want it looking like crap after a year, it needs to be maintained. If they don't want it maintained properly, let them drive around in crappy looking car like the pigs they are.

I won't touch one for under $200. You usually get what you pay for when it comes to detailing.

Greg,

You are really trying to win this one, and you are showing great integrity. My hat's off to you for your efforts.

What I find amazing, is that customers like that nickel and dime you, but think nothing of shelling out about $10 a pop for an automatic car wash and "Brillo" treatment. In the long run, you would still be cheaper, not to mention how much higher the resale value of their vehicle would be from being properely maintained.

Buff it with #66 then put on a coat of Collinite 845 or Meguiars #26 or Mothers step 3 liquid carnuba, thats it ! It should look great and last as long as anything else, except Zaino or Klasse.

If you want beads I hate to say it but Zaino is just darn hard to beat!!! I have used it forever and a day and it just lasts forever, yes it may not be the best for depth/warmth on certain colors but it just does not go away and it shines like crazy. By the way the whole it's to difficult to work with is a little over done, it's actually quite easy. Yes maybe a little $$$ but it is one of the best out there! Just my 2 cents.

Got 6+ months out of 1 coat of UPP.

I only got about half that (but the car was not garaged for 2 of those 3 months). And the slickness went away much sooner than that.

I still like the UPP though. The ease of use is incredible, and it gives a slightly warmer look than other sealants.

Zaino Z-2 pro seems to be a bullet-proof LSP. I've had it on since May, and it just keeps beading and beading, and they are very tight, small beads. I've had some days when I had no choice but to run it through a touch-less car wash, and the first application (again in May) is still holding up and still quite slick.
