well after wiping off the rainwater with the blade(stupidest thing i've ever done):o I now have scratches. Not really bad ones. More like micro scratches. Should I use a scratch remover and rewax?

Blackmirror, what happend to the talk we had about prevention being the key? :) j/k but you can minimize their appearance with K or Z or get them out with some 3M products.

Black Range Rover in need of some love.

Had one of these one my "to detail" lists for a long time, nice flat body panels, lots of once pretty black paint always thought it would make for some nice after pictures

We will see how it turns out...

It always disappoints me when I see an expensive vehicle like that being abused and neglected.

Go for it! I can't wait to see the magnificent change in appearance.

Whoah!!!!
What the heck happened to that truck? Looks like it was sanded with a brick. You have your work cut out for you David, but I know you are up to the challenge. Make sure you post some pics when you are finished. I can't wait to see what a master can do with this one.

It looks like you have your work cut out for you Dave. With this weekend snow storm hitting the Northeast it look like the perfect time to devote some attention to that Rover

Great to see busy David, I was at St Petersburg this morning for a quote on a 911, and a hack beat me to it.......

Dear GOD almighty...What happened to that thing :banghead:

I second the Did It Get Sanded With A Brick :w00t:

I have a feeling you "Really Like" these kinda challenges :Swordfight:

Hmm, not a brick..more like a Brillo (R) pad! (Does anyone still use them?)

You betcha! 0000 steel wool full of lubricating soap, great way to tranform stained and neglected chrome. Use it on the portion of stainless exhaust pipe that's visible too. Shines hose clamps and other aluminum bits without the rubbing of polishes. There's a place for it... just NOT on the paint! :toetap05:
