I gotta call "shenanigans" on that one . . . if there were a wipe-on/wipe-off product that actually provided protection from rock chips, I'm pretty sure we (Autopia) would be all over it. Call me skeptical, but IMO, that particular claim from the makers of LG is bull plop.

A colleague at work has been using Liquid Glass for years on the Porsche 911 he bought new in 1984 and the paint still looks new.

I'm using it on my daily driver but haven't used it long enough to draw my own conclusions.
 
Just reapplied some LG on my wheels today. Feels so smooth, I bet even more dirt will be repelled
 
I have several,8-10 coats on my Mazda 6 Very easy to apply and take off.The pics you might want to check out below, are my 6 w/o the L.G.Have two ,maybe three coats on my rims also:cool:
