Lipstick?

Hello, im new here and I have a question, how will I get lipstick off tan interior. I tried mild soap and water but just spread it. Any tips or ideas are welcomed.

Leather or cloth?

Its cloth, on the passanger floor. What would be a good idea to get it off the seats cause there is some but not alot.
