Light color Interior Protection

I just picked up a 05 Mercury Mariner for the winter and it has a two toned interior (black/Tan) and I'm a little worried about the very light color on the middle of the seats and I would like a few suggestions on what I can use to protect and clean the cloth seats with.

Yeah, thats a tough color especially when wearing new jeans. Expect to clean the blue off often before it sets. I usually give my seats a wipe every other time I wash with Griots interior cleaner (which works great) and than re-apply leather conditioner afterwards.
