Don't get me started on VW service lol.
Lexus service is generally good. You hear a lot more stories about like what they did for that ES300 than you do horror stories. For SOME reason however, I hear a lot of bad things about dealers up north in NY, MA and CT. I dont know why, but I meet a lot of people WHOLLY unhappy with their Lexus dealers up there...

frankly with all the DAMMAGE they've done to your car, I would demand they replace it with a new one as it was in like-new condition prior to their screwups.
I don't even get how you could mess up a center cap when installing tires -- its not like they NEEDED to replace that part.
