Leather Problem

On all my cars I have been using Pinnicale Leather Conditioner about every 4 to 5 months

without any problems. I put it on and work it into the leather and after a short period of time I buff the leather. Now all of a sunden my Black leather seats are getting a Gray Ghostly look. Can some tell me whats happening and what to do to correct the problem and maybe why its happening. TIA

They may need to be thoroughly cleaned, and re-conditioned. The other option is that they are starting to fade from UV damage.
