Hi everyone. Sorry I have not been able to post for sometime. We are busy introducing our Pro-Line products to paint shops and body shops as well as getting new products into the NA market.

If you have any questions regarding the following information, about detailing or specific questions/comments about our product, please feel free to either email us at [email protected] or call at 714/921 0252.

New products:

Perls Shampoo: Known as Raindance Shampoo in European markets, Perls Shampoo is being introduced in North America. Perls contains conditioners, is lye-free, does not contain strong detergents so it's gentle on wax finishes, produces rich lather and has a much needed neutral scent! It's a 250 ml size squeeze bottle (Yes, the quantity is half as much as Exclusiv but I know you will be much more pleased with it' ability to clean better, produce a much better gloss as well as provide polymer protection) like Kristallklar windshield washer booster. Dealers and local detailers have been the first ones to try it out and they have never been so excited. I know, it's just shampoo... but it's different. It gives a just-waxed appearance. I know you will not be dissappointed. **Remember, as with all of our products, if you do not like it, you do not have to keep it. You can return it to your place of purchase for a full refund despite the quantity used. But I promise you will not be disappointed.**

Eistau De-Icer: This has been around in the European market for sometime but it's new here in NA. It's a 500 ml de-icing spray that you spray on your windshield. Not only does it de-ice, but it also prevents re-icing and reduces glare.

Anti-Freeze Windscreen Clear: A 3L pre-mixed solution of our anti-frost and glass cleaner (Sheibenklar/Windscreen Clear). This was formulated for European auto manufacturers. Contains a citrus fragrance and it's safe for use on plastic headlight lenses. It will not stain the paintwork and produces a streak-free finish.

Kristallklar Premium 150ml. Same as our 250ml squeeze bottle dispenser but comes in a one-dose packet.

Wheel Cleaner (New Formula): Wheel Cleaner now comes in a non-acid solution. Wheel application is a lot more broad now because of the more gentle formula. Note: if you have anodized aluminum components (including brake calipers--don't think just wheels), test on a small area first. Unlike the original formula, it will not discolor ano alum. However, always rinse thoroughly or over time discoloration might occur--ano alum is "sensitive".

Products now having labels in English (not the white lables we apply here in the US):

Lederpflege (Leather Care), Sheibenklar (Windscreen Clear), Gummi Pflege (Rubber Protection), Reifenschaum (Tire Foam), Chrompflege (Metal Polish), and Felgen Reiniger (Wheel Cleaner).

Coming in the near future:

Detail Spray: I know. I am hearing an earful about this. We are bringing it in around Spring. It's basis is Raindance Lackfinish. You can use it either on a dry surface like a regular detail spray or you can spray it on a wet surface then hose it off. It will be available around late Spring.

Glas Polish 100 ml: Now Glas Polish will be offered in a 100 ml size bottle. Look for it around early Spring.

Again, if you have any questions, do not hestitate to contact us.

As always, many thanks for your continued support!

Kind regards,

Thanks Michael for keeping us up-dated. Always looking for new products to help reach that "holy grail" of detailing.... The Perfect Finish. :xyxthumbs

Thanks for the updates on new products. I've always had my eye on this forum and was starting to think you didn't care about us any more:( . I'm very excited about the Perls, just got my bottle today and I'm anxious to try it out this weekend!

Didn't care? Hardly :) When I've have the opportunity, I scan many boards (of course Autopia included) to see what the feedback on Einszett is. So, I'm watching (when I can) but you won't notice.

I'm going to have someone specifically in charge to scan the forums and let me know what "the word is" on Einszett.

While the markets in the North America and Europe might be very similar in a lot of aspects, there are some differences. For instance, detailing sprays are not so common in Europe (at least until recently... the trend is starting to trickle). So, I have to make sure to let Einszett Germany know that it's in high demand over here. Also, detailing by everyday consumers is not the same over there. Why? Because, in Germany for instance, due to strict enviroonmental laws, you're not supposed to wash/detail your car at your house. You go to a detailer or to a carwash/wash box. Therefore, our Pro-Line products are bigger sellers over there and for the Shop-Line products, the 250 ml size bottle is the primary mover, not the 500 ml.

So, in other words, what's on people's minds/trends is what I am looking for on the threads.

Again, if you have any questions about the products (technical, application methods, etc) or feedback (positive or negative) just email or call. Keep in mind that posting it on the board is not going to get the same immediate results.

Have a great weekend,
