Optimum QEW is made by Optimum. I have been testing it for a couple months. Different color blue than Protect All's QEW, definitely different smell, similar cleaning power but the Optimum version has polymers in it that make the paint slicker than QEW does.
Same dilution ratio for washing, 4 oz per gallon for QD use.
I don't know what the name will be yet but it is supposed to be available sometime this month and in the same price range as QEW.
