We draw names at Christmas between us kids, as in my parent's kids and our spouses or significant others. My sister's fiance drew my name and said what he really wanted was for me to polish and wax his Audi S4. He decided to wait until after winter then between his schedule and mine, we could just never arrange it until today.
Really nice car, lowered, some engine mods (don't know, so don't ask but it is pretty quick) and in pretty decent shape, moderate spider swirls and some scratches. Knowing how hard Audi paint is, I started off with Detailer's Pride Super Swirl Remover and a burgandy Meguiars cutting pad. As has been my previous experience with SSE, it is pretty aggressive but also dusts a lot. If it didn't finish down so nicely even with a burgandy pad, I probably wouldn't use it because of the dusting. However, the performance is good enough that I can put up with the dusting.
I then polished it again with the DP Final Finishing Polish using a yellow Meguiars polishing pad. Definitely added some noticable depth and wetness. I then finished off with PB's EX w/carnauba (the new version), AA-ed the tires and fenderwells and cleaned the glass in and out with 20/20.
That's it!
