Here are a couple Wolfgang shots at the 6 week point:
This is prior to washing
After washing
---------------------
Mercedes CL500, polished with VM and polishing pad, topped with EX-P. Yes, those white spots are stone chips.
-----------------------------
A couple new shots of my car after topping with Pinnacle Souveran (VM w/polishing pad and CMW prior). Looks really good, but didn't add all that much. I may just stick with either CMW or EX w/carnauba as my LSP on my 626.
---------------------------
Quickie wax on an Escalade. I regularly take care of this one, owner just wanted a wax. No shade either, he wasn't home so no way to move it into the garage. Washed and waxed it with Poorboy's EX w/carnauba in the sun on a low 90 degree day.
2004 BMW M3. Brand new, first polish and wax. Used Vanilla Moose with a polishing pad and topped with EX-P. Absolutely my favorite combo on silver paint!
-----------------------
Here is one of the vans I am doing for a local TV station. They are changing their logos, so they removed the old ones and wanted the vans buffed to remove the outlines of the old decals. QEW wash, PB's Polish w/carnauba using a polishing pad, and EX w/carnauba to top. I had to bust out the Blue Moose to remove some remnants of adhesive. No need to clean the wheels or fenderwells. Bad part? Not being able to start on them until 10:30 PM and working until 1 AM. There is a upcharge for this job!
Nice beading I have noticed the beading has diminished with Wolfgang for me. The beads used to be ginormous, but now they are smaller and flatter, but still there
Your car looks awesome! The clouds are crystal clear!!! Is that original paint on the hood? I see it's been sand-blasted and pelted with highway debris
Any reason your went with EX-C instead of EX-P on a light color like that?
edit: That M3 came out amazing!!! :bow
Nice job on those work vans too...Did you have to detail all that equipment on top? Oh yeah, how did you pick up that job?

Those white specks are something that must have been on the lens, but there is some pitting from highway driving. As far as I know the paint is original on the hood and passenger side. I think part of the driver's side was repainted as some point because there is overspray inside the gas filler door and about the first 1/4th inch of the rear door jam too.

Hey Scottwax when working on a car when you get to the A-piller do you usually work those areas by hand? Or do you use the PC. And do you dress your trim before you do any polishing? Thanks
I'm going to have to disagree. The 2nd shot shows the water "running" down in a few spots which tells me its time for a re-wax. I have #16 on my Denali--the beading is much tighter than that and its been 8-9 weeks.
