Lamborghini Wheels off correction

Lamborghini going to the Concorso in need of refinement, no major swirls as I take care of the car pretty often. Spent the time on the wheels and interior as well as the dried out honeycomb grills.

Dave from Street Dreams helped for the first part of the detail but had to fly home to Joisy(New Jersey) and I could still use him, all the GI guys helped me this summer including Carbone Inc and Mark Zamzow.

Really great work. My favorite Lambo color. That lift now makes you the envy of everyone on the forum that does not have one! :2thumbs:

My pics of the process

Moving the car in and out of the shop... perks of the job

Bob first testing the lifts balance at all 4 corners

Then it was time to go higher:headbang:

DSC_1035.jpg

Bob used his new protective sockets to remove the Gallardo's wheels, no scratching near the lugs!

DSC_1036.jpg

Bob loosened the lugs while the car was planted, then raised it and took the wheels off the completely

The wheels on this car are off a Superleggera and super, light

Bob got to work on the undercarrige and I went to work on the wheels.

All tar spots inside were removed, the inners were clayed and then a coat of CG acrylic glaze was applied to the inner barrels and face of the wheels.

After buffing that off, 3 coats of jetseal were applied by hand and left to cure for 30minutes each

Kirby's car is one of the best Gallardos around, Mild and understated in color and wild and crazy on the inside. Fred's Superlegera wheels really set it off along with the Macarbon wheel. And now i know why his car always looks so good, because you guys are cleaning it up.

Great Job! by the way did you hose down the engine with water? can you give your process to clean a lambo engine? thanks

Looks awesome, your shop does as well, and that lift...:wow:

When you did the interior, was it just a general clean up, as you probably do it quite often, or did you go all out on it, to make sure it's as perfect as it can be? And what was the total amount of time? Really nice work!

Wow, BEAUTIFUL. ITZKIRB's M3 was the first ever detail I saw for AutoConcierge.

Bob, can you give a lil info on the lift and especially the protected lug wrenches?

Thanks-Fernando
