I would of loved to have used or tried out the new Cyclo system on this paint but time would not allow it. At about 2pm they came and told me the owner would be by at 4:45 to check it out....you got to be kidding me?!

Tha paint was in rough shape, had random scratches all over it and heavy swirls in the hood plus tons of paint overspray. I barely finished in time as it was. Perhaps when I get more familiar with the new Cyclo system I will learn its limits, its pros and cons and be better able to use it to its full potential.

My first pad and product would be a LC wool cutting pad (perhaps after 3k grit sanding) with Hi-Temps Xtreme C and perhaps then an LC wool polishing pad with a medium cut product, one that cuts fast and breaks down quickly. Using wool pads is fairly safe as they usually run cooler on the paint than your typical foam pads.

They are VERY messy though on their first uses!

This is with a PC or rotary?

I dont get the impression Jesse James is really into the appearance of his cars. From what Ive seen of him on TV, I think hes more a performance first, looks second kind of guy. Besides hes probably to busy to detail all of his own cars.

well he is also rich enough to have someone detail them ;)

oh well, i'm sure he got tired of it and then went on to the next 6 figure car

anyone see this past mondays monster garage and see the bentley sports coupe he rolled up in

im surprised jesse james would allow that to happen to his car (scratches/swirls/overspray)

You ought to see some of the Little John Buttera (spelling?) cars at the Peterson Automotive Museum. The swirls would scare your pants off!

Also.........from what I was told, Mr. James liked to perform doughnuts with the Lambo......so I am guessin that all 3000 miles are from doing doughnuts:D

I would expect that since the car was in his shop alot that this is where it became covered in overspray.
