Well i'm just posting this to tell you guys about my experience with their products. two weeks ago on a detail job (97 suburban) two of my pads went to ****. My 6.5' DA polishing pads hook and loop attachment part completely ripped off during the detail, almost sending the backing plate into the car. Luckily i pulled off or else there would've been alot of damage. Prior to that their 8.5' light cutting variable contact pad just, basically, disentigrated on me. The entire face just ripped off and started shooting foam everywhere. Obviously i was upset so i called Lake Country and emailed them pictures. At first they gave me a hard time saying it was the vendors fault (go figure?) and then they finally agreed to send me new replacement pads free of cost with shipping included. This was two weeks ago and i just got my pads today, if i didn't have extras that really would've sucked but luckily i did. Anyway they sent me a free 8.5' blue pad to soothe the pain i guess (i think its a lsp applying pad). But to top it off the hook and loop attachment part on my 6.5' DA black finessing pad ripped off today too. So i guess i have another new pad coming in another three weeks.

This isn't a negative or positive review or anything its actually pretty neutral i just wanted to post my experience. Sorry its so long. Thanks Berj.

are you keeping your pads flat on the paint when you use the PC? I've noticed that the edges of the back of the pad get all crinkled up and eventually separate when you tilt the pad as you work. I've never had problems with my Lake Country pads and I use them regularly.
