klasse sealent question

so how long does the klasse sealent have to sit before it can be topped. Do you apply sealent, then remove and then wait 24 hours?



please let me know.

yeah pretty much...12hrs +

so you dont apply KSG and then wait 12 hrs. then buff it out.

when you say remove excess do you mean take sealent off with microfiber like the whole car.

yes, you know how when you apply it, a few moments later it turns all white and hazes over? that is the excess.

so why would you buff again after 12 hours if you already took all the sealent off?

its part of my final inspection process, you might catch some things that you forgot to buff out. it happens all the time.

And this is why I hate Klasse.

I would say you don't have to wait 12 hours and then buff again. If you get it off well the first time then checking it again wouldn't be neccessary. Then after 12 hours you could apply a second coat and your car would be covered for a good 4 months or more.
