Klasse and Meguires?

I currently use Klasse products and Sonus Acrylic Spritz on my Porsche - they are great!

I would like to use the Klasses products on my Honda and Toyota also. But rather than using the more expensive Sonus Acrylic Spritz for in-between detailing for these cars, I would like to use something cheaper for quick cleaning - something like Meguires Quick Detailer or Ultimate Quick Detailer. Will these be ok with the Klasse products?

The only time you will ever have problems with klasse compatibility is if you apply klasse sealant glaze and apply another product on top it immediately. KSG needs about 12 to 24 hours to cure.

As for a in-between product, there are a lot of great ones to choose from. Some notable names are the new Gloss-it quick detailer and Z8. I like to use Duragloss aquawax after every other wash to add a some protection and a little pop to metallics. AW is very similar to z8 and can be found at carquest auto parts stores for a reasonable price.

These are just a few that come to mind and i know that there are a ton out there and i am sure people will chime in with more good ones.

I do use Klasse Sealant Glaze, after Klasse AIO. I assume the "wait period" is for the use of ANY detail product So, as long as I wait, I could use Meguires or any other quality detail spray?

Yeah, you should be able to use any detail spray. I use Klasse on my car and I've used Mother's quick detail on it with no problems. I do like the Sonus Acrylic Spritz though. I find myself using it more often than the Mother's spray.

I've been using the Klasse Twins for about 8 years now.

A regular quick detailer will lightly clean but won't offer any protection. You can use any synthetic spray sealant on your Klasse.

The Sonus is pretty expensive because you can only get it in 16 ounce bottles for $14, which is why I stopped using it. I just bought 1 gallon each of Blackfire's Deep Gloss Spray Sealant and Einmann Fabrik's Waterless Wash & Gloss. Both leave behind a little (and I do mean little) bit of polymer protection, though probably not any less than Sonus Acrylic Spritz or Glanz, which I've used. So I'd suggest buying in gallon sizes.

I would suggest not using a spray with carnauba if you plan on laying your SG over time, or inbetween your quick detail sprays, however.

How do you like the BF deep gloss spray, compared to similar products? I've considered trying this myself, but I never hear anything about it.
