Jul 7, 2006 #1 D dpr1974 New member hello, thanks to this forum i had it confimed that you polish then wax, however i have just finished polishing my car (look great for my first time :chuckle: ) and i was wondering if i need to wax it? any advice would be great, thanks

Jul 7, 2006 #3 I imported_smprince1 New member Polish=correct (remove defects, i.e. swirls,oxidation, marring, etc) Wax=protect (leaves protective layer between paint surface and environment)
