Just Finished VM/EX Combo

Well, the VM is an excellent product, highly recommend it. I applied the VM with a MF applicator to the whole truck with a circular motion, was a very easy product to work with, waited about 30 minutes, took off with a MF, also very easy to remove. It gave my white X an excellent look.

I then applied EX with a foam applicator in a back and forth motion, tried to get a thin layer, but in some spots it got thicker. EX has an awesome scent which I like. I waited about 30-45 minutes for removal. Used an MF and it came off like butter. I also highly recommend this product. Both products were a pleasure to work with. Sorry, but no pics since I do not have a digital camera, but I can tell you that the X looks awesome.

 A regular camera works too, just get a photo CD when you get the prints. ;)

Next time you use Vanilla Moose, apply and remove as you go around your vehicle, works just as well and you only go around once. BTW, which EX? EX w/carnauba or EX-P?

Well, I did take some pics, but when the roll is up, then I will post them here. I used EX w/carnauba. I like doing the whole vehicle then come back, this gives me a chance to do something else or rest and sign in on Autopia:D

heh heh, i'm waiting for my EX w/caranuba to dry right now. ;)

i agree, the VM and EX is a nice combo. you could apply the VM with your PC. if you use it as a glaze, you can use the finishing pad and go at it. to get the EX thin, i found it helpful to put a little bit on one side of the foam pad, then fold the pad in half. and if it does go on too thick, i just back over it and spread it out.

are you gonna do more coats of EX? on my blue Mach1, i found 3 coats to be nice! :D

I do everything by hand. At this time, I'm not planning on doing another layer, but maybe next weekend I just might. Still a little tired from all I did today to think about another layer.:wall

Here are pics of my VM/EXP/NATTYS done today.

If I new how to post all pics in one reply, I would.

Sorry about the multiple replys with pics.

Regards,
