Married 11 years this month. Wife and I met at basic training. We are not the typical military marriage (We're still together). Have two boys, 3 and 8, that insist on helping everytime I detail the vehicles.

Not married yet, but I've been dating my beautiful blond girlfriend for 3 years now. I'm 21, she's 21. I can't afford the ring she expects, so I'll hold off for a while!!

Congrats BIgDs and all other engaged Obsessive Compulsives.. Marriage is great and I will I will keep doing it like I detail my cars "Until I get it right";)

Married almost 11 years. I'm 42, she's 52. Three step kids, a son-in-law and soon to be daughter-in-law. Seven grandkids (six boys 12 - 1 and a new born girl).

I'm very happy, but I don't get much time to work on the washing and waxing :(.

Guess I'm the only "domestic partnership" on here *gets out fire protection suit*. I'm 35, been married for 8yrs now and I wouldn't change a thing except for moving to someplace where it stays sunny all the time aka FL, HI, CA.

Divorced with a 5.5 year old daughter, Chloe. Been with my girlfirend Louise for just over 3 years, lived together 18 months, got engaged in July in Turkey, 1 dog (Mutley), 1 cat (Millie) and 2 goldfish (Dave & Rodney).

I'm with Scottwax - divorce was the worst experience of my life (and the most profitable for my lawyer:) ) but if I'd not got married I'd never have had a beautiful little girl:xyxthumbs

With previous girlfriend 18 years (died 20 years ago) have a daughter (architect) 32, current girlfriend 5 years two children, son 22 (med student) daughter 20 (business college).

I like walks on the beach at sunset, flying single engine palnes , oops wrong forum LOL

But do you like pina coladas and getting caught in the rain?

Sorry, British humour:D

It's not just for the British...;)

A little embarassing to admit it, but that song always brings a smile to my face.:o

Been married for almost 5 years

Got married when I was 26, she was 22.

We already have 3 kids (Victor at 4 years old, Monica at almost 3 years old and Andrea at 15 months old....) Wait, this doesn't finish here, as we are already expecting baby #4..... :D

I met my wife Erica in a business trip to the USA (your typical blonde anglo babe) After I started the courtship, she only lasted 5 months as my girlfriend..... then we took the plunge!

The new generation always help me to wash and polish, and in one case they even helped me to get an excuse to remove scratches, as Monica took a brush to wash the minivan's hood...... I only laughed as it was my fault to let her help me. :nixweiss :wall

We have been quite happy, and as everyone else, there are times when you don't understand each other, a situation that gets exacerbated when the persons belong to different cultures. But I would do it again no question!

Married 25 years, 1 child ( now a handsome young man of 21 and a junior in college), two dogs, two cats.

Alex-since you have one of our women, send me one of yours! I've dated a couple of women of Mexican decent and sure wouldn't mind dating another. :)

I have been married for almost 15 years. We have two boys 10 and 6. The boys love to help me do anything around the house whether its detailing the car or cutting the lawn.
