Just ordered some from Danase....Going to throw a coat over my DG105. I think it will add some depth and look amazing. I was going to use OS as a standalone, but I think this combo will impress me, as well as add another layer of durable protection to the DG. OS with my existing layers, plus Z8 should be amazing.



Any thoughts as to whether or not it would be a problem to add more DG op top of OS, if needed?





Also ordered finish polish from Danase. I'll test it in a couple of months. Anxious to do so!
 
I think that combo will work great....I too am going to try that combo....I think you will have a very durable combo...even if the OS failed in a short time the 105 is there to protect..But I believe the OS will hold up..and by useing AW over the both you are protecting the combo in a sense..and AW taking the contaminate fallout and leaving the rest unscorned..

I think until it can be established that OS is a strong durable protectant, I think using it over 105 makes a lot of sense. I may end up doing the same thing later, although I will probably use it on its own as well to establish my own durability testing and experience.



I don't think you'll have any problem adding more 105 later if you choose.
 
Thanks, guys...I thought about stripping the 105, but then again, it looks so good! I figure OS can only add to the look, right? I believe both products are going to work well together, and I have no doubt they will make my daily driver look great and stand up to whatever gets thrown at it! I'm trying it this weekend on my 2 week old application of 105.



Dont think I need to reapply 105 first, do you?

Not at all, if you just applied some 2 weeks ago. That layer(s) should still be nearly 98-99% fresh. 105 is very durable...
