Wow, I don't mean to "kick the dead horse" in this thread, but the amount and depth of undercarriage rust on that vehicle is straight unacceptable. All 4 door Wranglers are virtually "new cars", so it just makes no sense.
In my own life, I've owned US-made vehicles for many more miles/years than foreign, but this thread certainly doesn't help my opinion of Chrysler Corp. products. Who are they outsourcing steel supplies from? Somali pot metal recyclers? Add this to their "Rubbermaid" interiors, and it's no surprise they're in the situation they're in as a manufacturer.
Great job on the correction and detail though! The 4 door Wranglers are still a nifty vehicle, nonetheless. I suppose the guys that own them view the build quality shortcomings as appealing, and part of the vehicle's "soul"... or something.
