This is my first post, and I just wanted to say "hi" as a new member.
I have just purchased a new 2013 BMW 335is, and have received a wealth of information from reading the forums, as well as the "How to" guides.
Special kudos to Todd here at Autopia. I called this morning to get some advice on products for protecting my new car, and Todd took the time (over 45 minutes) to not only talk to me about preparation and detailing, but describe and recommend in detail (no pun intended) all products and their advantages. I thought I was an expert when it came to taking care of my cars, but Todd told me things that I never would have known prior to talking to him earlier today. Now THAT'S customer service!
I will be buying all of my car care products from Autopia, and I would like to say "thanks" to all who take their time to write their comments and valuable suggestions and post them to this website. They are read, and it does mean a lot to many people like me.
