Its time to OD on HD

Mel-What are the improvements/changes from V4?
The changes are many but the main change is that we went to Nano Technology in the super micro abrasive family. What this means is more work and less product with a much higher level of paint defect removal. Because of our new choices in powders its a lot easier to use. The best part is that its very simple to remove off the car even in the hot sun.. There is a lot more to go over but the my advise is place your pre order, even if its just a small bottle and give it a try.... Let me know once you have it and we can talk more on the phone as your using it and I can point out the qualities as you're going through the process. Thanks for checking in.

Yes, we are in the process of making the new sizes and they will be available in two weeks, in stock ready to ship. We are making Med and double and triple extra large. The demand for the Apparel has gone through the roof.... It is a nice looking line! Thanks for the request and we are making it happen...

That's completely and utterly ridiculous....

....and that makes it even more so. How does it even begin to make sense to exclude what I'm willing to bet are quite a few potential customers?

There is a typo in Mel's post. He meant to say, We ARE making med, xl, and xxl.

They will just not be available for a few weeks till we get them in stock.

Ok...that makes way more sense. I'll have to pick one up not :)

Will B&M have it in their store on the 16th?

Asking regarding Chula Vista location.

Thanks

Hopefully. You should check with Gilbert and get on his case if he says no.

Sorry about that.. Yes, it was a typo and we are making Med and double and triple x-large shirts.. And by the way Charles we are not utterly ridiculous and its so much easier to get people to offer help and respect when its shown by both parties.... Since you are a very popular poster here on Autopia you are looked up to and followed so people follow your lead. Leaders gain respect and have so much more success when they take a leadership roll of being responsible and respectful when dealing in the business world.

Well said Mel. I have learned so much from you about business and how to run my business on a professional level. BTW, when is the radio show from the event going up? Dude, you rocked that event, it made me want to open up a 3D store!!!!

Nicely said Mel.

Speaking rashly and negativity will often give you a case of foot-in-mouth disease.

Heck, I am guilty of that from time to time.

Good to know it was a typo, Mel, but to be perfectly clear it should be noted that I never said you are utterly ridiculous, nor did I say that any other person at 3D is utterly ridiculous.

What I said, based on what was stated (albeit incorrectly) in your post, was that the decision to not offer M and 2X/3X was (or, as it were, would have been) utterly ridiculous. Big difference.

If I am looked up to or respected for anything, I would hope it's because I am willing to speak my mind and call things like I see them openly and honestly.

As a matter or perception, there is often a fine line between being open and honest and being disrespectful. I apologize if I have been coming off as disrespectful, as that is hardly my intent.

I think we're all guilty of making missteps from time to time; we are human after all.

One of the great advantages of UNO V4 for the weekend detailer like myself is that you don't have to buy 2 or 3 products. It seems like the new UNO doesn't have that ability to finish down so you have to also have HD Polish on hand. Will you continue to have UNO V4 available or will it eventually go away?

You should try the new UNO and Im sure you will be more then please with the finish!!! Its amazing and offers a much higher level of a finish then before. The polish is just for that fine, perfect finish a lot of high end guys are looking for. Just like the old versions of UNO, on soft to med soft clears you will see a marring but no marring on harder clear coats. Its amazing and Im know you will be happy using it as your UNO as a single one product. Good luck and let me know your results once you have used it.

Hi Guys anyone out there tried the new HD Polish that can share pictures? I know that it is going to be available 16 th, but there must be few testers out there.
