Issue and Conern with new Hydro Tech Pads

I just got a few 5.5 thin HT tang in the other day so I have not used those yet.

I have been using the 6.5 HT tang for a good 10 months now. Besides for the velcro separating on the first pad I used, which I know what from it not being totally dry before use, I have had zero issues with these pads.

Its nice to know that when an issue does arise, the fine folks at CMA will take care of you.

I am sorry to hear you are having issues with your pads. I am not sure why some people have problems with these pads, most do not. We have seen some issues, but nothing alarming. While the pads are excellent at doing their job, they are not as durable as the traditional foams. It is a trade off people except for the level of performance they provide. Stick to the traditional Orange and White and you will not have any problems. If you are unhappy with them, send them back for a refund. It looks like you purchased two Tangerine and one Cyan on your last order. Are these the ones you are referring to? Call Angelo and he can get you an exchange for other pads or a refund.
