With the Isle of Man TT coming up in about a month, someone decided to show just how many great tracks of the world would fit inside the Isle of Man TT circuit - like the most dangerous race in the world needed any more hype!

Check it out, and yes, they are all to scale:

In case you didn't count, there are 94 tracks including Circuit de la Sarthe (Le Mans), the Nordschleife (Nurburgring), Indianapolis Motor Speedway, Daytona International Speedway, Pikes Peak, Mount Panorama, All 19 current Formula One tracks, the Top Gear Test Track, Sebring International Raceway, Watkins Glen, Road America, and Indianapolis Motor Speedway.

So, which is your favorite? :rockon

I knew it was a huge circuit, but I didn't realize it was THAT big.

It really puts it in perspective, especially with all the hype the Nurburgring has been getting recently. The crazy part is, as many have pointed out in the comments section, that this is a "small" circuit compared to the Targa Florio and Mille Miglia. The difference, at least in my mind, is that the Isle TT is still run today, rather than being discontinued 50+ years ago.

It's really amazing so see the layouts of the famous circuits on the inside of the Isle track compared to each other, especially since they're all to scale. For example, just how long the Mulsanne straight is at Le Mans, the sweep of Eau Rouge at Spa, and the famous American road racing tracks near each other (Circuit of the Americas, Sebring, Daytona, Laguna Seca, Road Atlanta, Road America, Barber Motorsports Park, Watkins Glen, Mid-Ohio, Long Beach, and Willow Springs, among others.)

Exactly. It dwarfs the Nurburgring. To me, the craziest part, is that they run this race wide open, inches from cement walls, while piloting motorcycles at 200 mph. It really is the craziest thing in the world.
