No not yet. Last year I did it in Sept and felt like a dummy because we didn't get any snow until late in December. Then I stayed with that LSP until spring (Bilt Hamber Finis).

My cars are always spotless and wheels are OptiCoated. All trim is DLux'ed. Winter prep for me will be:

1. Normal 2BM

2. Maybe clay. But my cars are always clean so I never pick up much with clay if anything. Same with IronX. If I saw any purple on my paint I would probably get a woody. Only purple I ever see is around the rotor hub on my Pathfinder.

3. BMW is getting Swissvaxed. I'm going to use Rupes 15 w/ their Ultra Fine polish, followed by Cleaner Fluid Regular (will try it on Rupes 15 slow), then Best of Show. This car sees no "weather" anyway, so protection doesn't matter much.

Wax will be maintained with Swissvax Nano Spray Wax. I also picked up one of those cool little Swissvax shoe shine brush looking thingies for leather cleaning. I wish AG would carry Swissvax.

Pathfinder is getting Colli 915, preceded by the same Rupes prep or maybe a paint cleaner. This is my first time using a Colli wax. I have a new tin ready to go. Roof and bumpers are OptiCoated a few months ago, so they will be left alone. Boy, that should make the job faster this time.

Wheels, wells, running boards, and wiper cowl will all get Permanon'ed every other wash over the DLux.

Just added a coat of BFWD last week on my Dodge Ram. I pulled my front wheels to paint my brake calipers and coated and prepped the wheels with DP Paint Coating Prep and Wheel Coating.

I should be good through winter. Hopefully it's a mild one.

I plan to put on another coat of Menz, PL on my DD this weekend and Black Ice on the Dakota soon. I have been very pleased with both products.

Car is coated with 22ple VX1 Pro (1 year and going strong)... I just decontaminated it with Iron X and applied ReLoad last weekend so it should be all set for winter.

What's this "winter" you're talking about?

I do admit, I had to put on a sweatshirt this morning though

Getting started this weekend. Going to be putting 2 layers of PBs EX-P Sealant, followed by 2 layers of Nattys Blue on a Championship Red Xtreme? Oh god yes!

Will be starting with in a couple of days. Both my Xterra and Mustang will be getting SPNS. Wheels be getting Hydro2 since it is easy to apply during the winter months. Really need to coat the wheels, but that might happen in the spring. Getting cold fast up here in CT.

I am in the process.

Truck: OC Pro (So it's good-to-go)

Wifes: I just redid my 2.5yr old CQ with 2 layers of CQUK and topped it with reload. I have enough I will be doing a 3rd coat of CQUK in the spring. I will be using Reload / Hydro2 throughout the winter.

My Car: I am waiting on my Wolfs stuff to arrive. I have the entire protection package coming. Or I may go back to my Werkstat protection.

No snow or salt around here and I just re-applied my sealant about a month ago. Car stays in the garage at night so no worries about the frost :D I did plasti-dip my rockers for the occasional mud rain.

So far one coat of FK1000P and in about a month before it gets really cold I will put on another coat of the same to get it through the rest of the long winter.

Dean.

Had good luck with that a few years back. Found it easier to work with that 476
