Is this worth the money

having only used "some" of 3M's products i can tell you that they are of good quality (3M IHG, Finesse it, SMR). i guess it is down to yourself and asking if you would need all those products. looking at what you get for your money it looks like a good deal, the box i would LOVE to have on its own lol :D but as said earlier, will you be using all of those products. sorry its not much help, just babbling on i suppose.

Do you guys have any idea why this is not working , it is driving me crazy
It might have something to do with the announcement at the top of the forums http://www.autopia.org/forums/announcement.php?s=&forumid=58

OR, you are using the http:// button and putting the wrong info in the wrong fields. The first window is where you want to put the text or title, like "3M Cooler Thingy". The second window that has "http://" already typed in it is where you paste your link. Just make sure you don't have two "http://" things in the beginning by accident.

I'm not sure if I'd bite at this deal myself. The reason is because 3M is quietly slipping you some of their new fangled Hookit II pads and backing plates. These are 100% incompatible with "normal" velcro pads and plates because they have the velcro on the pads instead of the plate. See this: The Hookit II Difference

So to use any of these pads you'll have to keep switching your backing plates if you alternate between these and normal pads.

If I'm not mistaken too, the backing plates are also 5/8-11, which are for rotary polishers, which 3M caters more to. You can't use this plate on a PC without an adaptor.
