Right, i recently bought an Autoglym Hydra Flexi Blade.....kinda like a squeegee (SP?) but like a big silicone blade....

well here is hwo i use it...

1) Rinse Car down with water

2) Wash with Gold Class

3) Rinse off with Water

4) Hydra Flexi Blade

5) Go over trouble areas and cracks with chamoi and terry cloth...

is the flexi blade bad? some might say that bits can get scratched....but i recockon i give it too good a wash to get bits left hehe...wot u think

The consensus from a lot of different sources seems to be that if you keep it very very clean you'll be okay.

won't see it being used on my car though! :D

luke667 - Do a quick search on California Water Blade. It's basically the same device and has been discussed extensively. Short answer: It'll only scratch if it picks up abrasive contamination (but said contamination can be VERY minute and still cause problems).
